1. Assess the Property

I will provide specific guidance on what you should do prior to placing your home on the market. The goal is to get your home in top condition so it will command a premium price. We’ll set a budget and work with your individual needs and timeline.

2. Coordinate with Vendors

We’ll coordinate with our Vendor Partners to arrange all services needed. All Costs, Dates, and Times will be approved by you. No work will begin without your knowledge!

3. Begin Work & Pre-Market

As the work is being done, we’ll begin reaching out to agents we may think have clients that could be a fit for your home.

4. Complete the Payment

Work completed by Vendors must be paid for prior to starting the work or after the completion of the job.

5. List the Property

Once all the work is complete, we’ll get professional photos and list the property on the market. Our full-scale marketing plan will continue until the property is sold.
